RiskVantage is the data controller for website enquiries and account administration. For data uploaded by a customer into the platform, RiskVantage generally acts as a processor and follows the customer’s documented instructions under the applicable data processing agreement.
2. Information we collect
We collect contact details, company information, role, correspondence, demo preferences, and technical information such as browser type, device identifiers, approximate location, and pages viewed. We collect only what is reasonably necessary for the stated purpose.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, provide and secure the service, administer subscriptions, communicate service notices, prevent misuse, and improve product reliability. We do not use customer risk data to make decisions about individuals.
